Marketing Matters

Marketing Matters, a strategic marketing firm based in Fairfield County, CT was in need of a new brand identity. While completely entrenched serving client needs, they had not updated their branding since 2003. Since they’re in the business of helping other businesses with branding and marketing, they knew they needed to turn their time and attention to their own brand. They needed to do what they advise others to do.

Hence, they engaged Maida Design to assist with their first order of business… a new logo design. To begin with, the original logo no longer conveyed the brand personality associated with their evolving brand. They wanted to update the logo, specifically the design, colors, and typography to create a more contemporary image. Consequently, the new logo now aligns with their brand voice and formed the springboard to a new look and feel that plays out across all marketing materials. Accordingly, the next order of business was to design the necessary business cards.

A complete overhaul of the Marketing Matters website was next in line. While they focused on the wireframe, messages and copywriting, we got to work on the visual interface and imagery. Aside from establishing a “look and feel”, the new website design had to provide a compelling, user-friendly experience that reinforces their message.

Using all the elements of design for digital communications, we provided a strategy and approach for presenting each page with a consistent hierarchy. The result… information now unfolds in an engaging and progressive manner.

These design elements were then integrated into social media assets to ensure a cohesive presentation.

Additionally, they have engaged us to help develop their portfolio of case studies to visually share their “success stories”. A success story in its own right… Marketing Matters will be engaging us with their own clients.
